Richard Sindt (b. 1990) lives and works in Saint Louis, Missouri and is represented by Gallery Victor Armendariz in Chicago, Illinois. Sindt graduated magna cum laude with a Bachelor of Art in studio art from North Park University in 2013. His most recent solo exhibition was titled "Skin Remembers" and debuted at Gallery Victor Armendariz. Group exhibitions and fairs include “Sculptural Objects and Functional Art (SOFA) 2019,” Chicago, IL; “State of Undress” at Gallery Victor Armendariz, Chicago, IL; “Are We Not of Interest to Each Other: Works by Rick Sindt and Gregory Deddo” at Uptown Arts Center, Chicago, IL; and “Collective: for(a)ging” at Hammond Art Center, Hammond, IN. He was the cover artist for the magazine OCHO in 2015, has been featured in publications such as Windy City Times and NewCity, and has been involved with numerous organizations including the Chicago History Museum, Comfort Station Logan Square, Pitchfork Music Festival, and Arts of Life.
